Citigroup obviously isn’t staying busy enough as they have sued a small town pawn shop! They filed a copyright infringement suit against a Brooklyn, New York, pawnshop over a similar logo. While they have grounds to file such a case it seems a waste of time as they own trillion in assets and this pawn shop probably only has in the tens of thousands in assets. It definitely appears to be the big bank bullying the little guy. Obviously the bailout hasn’t helped them much as their stock has been in the three dollar range recently. The pawnshop’s design is slightly different, but obviously close enough for Citi to care.
